I have dedicated my life to public service with a career spanning diplomacy, law enforcement, business, and technology. Having served our country under both Democratic and Republican Presidents, I’m running for Congress to deliver results for hard working New Jerseyans and put our country above party or politics.
Growing up as a fourth generation New Jerseyan, Bayly saw service firsthand from his family. Both of his grandfathers served in the military – one earned a Purple Heart – and his mother’s parents served in the State Department and the CIA. He learned from his family what it means to serve and how making our country stronger makes us safer.
